Rotary Dough Chunker

Portion and transfer up to 30,000 lbs of dough with AMF's Rotary Dough Chunker. Eliminating stress on the dough, the rotary chunker helps to maintain an open cell structure in your dough. The maintenance free design comes with multiple options for servicing more than one mixer, a dough elevator with a swing away feature for clearing the path for removal or a special rotary dough cutter to divide the chunks into smaller pieces.
