Dough Trough
Used for holding the dough through the fermentation period, the
AMF Dough Trough maintains sanitary seamless construction, continuously welded with heavy-duty ball bearing swivel casters mounted to sanitary caster shoes for easy movement throughout the bakery.
- 304 stainless steel, 11 gauge, 2B finish
- Radius corners, internal weld seams ground flush and polished; exterior weld seams emery buffed and cleaned
- 2" (51 mm) closed rolled rim continuously welded to body of trough
- Bottom drain
- Available for all trough sizes
